Joel Smith is a seasoned expert in track and field and athletic performance, with 18 years of experience coaching at the NCAA, club, and high school levels. He has spent 16 years as a strength and conditioning coach, working with Olympic medalists and finalists in swimming and track & field, as well as national and world record holders in the Master’s category. Joel is the author of two books and has published a peer-reviewed research study. He is also the host of the popular Just Fly Performance Podcast, which has featured over 250 unique guests. As an athlete, Joel was an NAIA All-American in track and field and has three years of experience coaching youth sports.
